IMC is among Ukraine’s top-10 agricultural companies.

Mr. Petrov is a main founding shareholder of IMC. He supervises the strategy of business development of IMC.

Mr. Petrov graduated from Leningrad Military Medical Academy in 1981. He has the long term experience in creating and managing of successful business projects in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. Before the creation of IMC, he was the founder and owner of the Cheese Club Corporation, Kremenchug milk processing plant and other agro-industrial enterprises in Ukraine.

Mr. Lissitsa carries out the current management of the company, leads and oversees the implementation of short-term and long-term plans of the company in accordance with its strategy. He also is responsible for the development and effective implementation of the company’s long-term strategy.

Mr. Lissitsa has diploma in the specialty “Economics of the Enterprises” of the National Agricultural University of Ukraine (Kyiv). He also earned PhD degree in Agriculture at Humboldt University (Berlin, Germany).

He speaks Ukrainian, Russian, German and English.

Mr. Martyniuk has overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy. He coordinates corporate finance by managing the company’s policies regarding capital requirements, debt, and taxation. He is responsible for the Budgeting, Financial Management & Control, Accounting and Auditing.

Mr. Martyniuk graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University (Ukraine) and earned the Masters’ degree in banking and management.

He speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Mr. Verzhykhovskyi has been working at IMC since 2013. He is responsible for the overall system of the Company’s operation activities. He’s got over 10 years of the project management experience in agriculture. Oleksandr is Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (2009, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine), Master at Quality, Standardization and Certification (2010, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine), “Process & Quality Management” (2010, Humboldt University of Berlin).

Mrs. O. Krysenko has been working in the Company since 2007 and is responsible for domestic and export sales, logistics and the sales’ strategy. She has over 20 years of managerial experience in sales and logistics. Mrs. Krysenko graduated from Kyiv Institute of Tourism, Economics and Law in 2001, holds MA degree in management.

Mr. Klimishyn joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for overall legal risk management, regulatory compliance and legal support of the off-shore enterprises of IMC group. Sergii has more than 20 years of legal practice in production, agriculture and financial business. In 1997 he graduated from the Kazakh State University.

Mr. Balmann leads the Audit Committee of the company.

Mr. Balmann is an agricultural economist with a Diploma and a Doctoral Degree of the University of Göttingen (Germany). He also received his Habilitation at the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany). Mr. Balmann is a Professor at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany).

Prof. Dr. Alfons Balmann has been Director at Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO) and Head of the Department Structural Change since 2002.

He speaks German and English.

Mr. Szurek advises the company on investor and public relations. 

Andrzej graduated from the Warsaw University with degree in International Relations. He also studied in Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Andrzej has over 15 years’ experience in business communications and investor relations.

He speaks Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Mr. Pylypenko joined the company in 2007. Mykola is responsible for the organizing of crop farming technological process. In 1992 he graduated from the Poltava Agricultural Institute with a degree in Agronomy. Since 1993 he has been working in agriculture and has over 30 years of experience in growing crops and organizing of the technological process.

Ms.Y.Andrushkina joined the Company in 2012. She is responsible for marketing and investor relations. Yuliia has over 20 years of managerial experience in marketing of consumer and industrial products. In 2000 she graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI" with a degree in Marketing.

Mr. Kryvitskyi has been working at IMC since 2017. He is responsible for the research, testing and implementation of precision farming technologies in production and development of the company's innovative culture. Bohdan has more than 10 years of experience in the field of innovations in agriculture. In 2012, he graduated from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, specialty "Ecology and Environment".

Mrs. Kozenko joined the company in 2013. Iryna is responsible for the implementation of the social policy in the company, the retention and development of the leased land bank. She has 15 years of managerial experience in the agricultural business on the land lease. In 1990 Mrs. Kozenko graduated from the Dneprodzerzhinsk Industrial Institute with an engineering degree. In 1997 she graduated from the Dneprodzerzhinsk Technical University, holds MA degree in public administration.

Mr. Korneev joined the company in 2007. Evheniy is responsible for internal control, risk management and internal audit. He has 15 years’ experience in corporate finance. Evheniy graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2008 and holds Master’s degree in Finance. ACCA member since 2018.
