Oleksandr PETROV
Founder and Board member

Mr. Petrov has extensive experience in creating and managing successful business projects in the agro-industrial sector of Ukraine. Before the establishment of IMC, he was the founder and owner of the Cheese Club Corporation, the Kremenchuk Milk Processing Plant and other agro-industrial enterprises in Ukraine.

Alex LISSITSA
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Lissitsa is responsible for the development of the company's long-term strategy and overseeing its implementation.

He holds a degree in Business Economics from the National Agrarian University of Ukraine (Kyiv). Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (Agricultural Economics) from Humboldt University (Berlin, Germany).

Oleksandr VERZHYKHOVSKYI
Executive Director, CEO

Mr. Verzhykhovskyi manages the company's day-to-day operations and ensures the implementation of short- and long-term plans, and is responsible for the successful implementation of the long-term strategy of the company.

He has been working in the company since 2013. Oleksandr has over 15 years of experience in project management in agriculture. He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine (2009, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine), Master's degree in Quality, Standardization, Certification (2010, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine), Quality and Process Management (2010, Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany).

Dmytro MARTYNIUK
Executive Director, CFO

Mr. Martyniuk oversees and is responsible for all financial aspects of the company's strategy. He coordinates the company's finances, managing the company's policies on capital need, debt, and taxation. He is responsible for the company's budgeting process, financial control, accounting and audit.

Dmytro graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a Master's degree in Banking and Management.

Olena KRYSENKO
Executive Director, Commercial Director

Mrs. O. Krysenko has been working in the Company since 2007 and is responsible for domestic and export sales, logistics and the sales’ strategy. She has over 20 years of managerial experience in sales and logistics. Mrs. Krysenko graduated from Kyiv Institute of Tourism, Economics and Law in 2001, holds MA degree in management.

Sergii KLIMISHYN
Executive Director, Legal Director

Mr. Klimishyn joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for overall legal risk management, regulatory compliance and legal support of the off-shore enterprises of IMC group. Sergii has more than 20 years of legal practice in production, agriculture and financial business. In 1997 he graduated from the Kazakh State University.

Alfons BALMANN
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Balmann leads the Audit Committee of the company.

Mr. Balmann is an agricultural economist with a Diploma and a Doctoral Degree of the University of Göttingen (Germany). He also received his Habilitation at the Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany). Mr. Balmann is a Professor at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany).

Prof. Dr. Alfons Balmann has been Director at Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO) and Head of the Department Structural Change since 2002.

Andrzej SZUREK
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Szurek advises the company on investor and public relations. 

Andrzej graduated from the Warsaw University with degree in International Relations. He also studied in Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Andrzej has over 15 years’ experience in business communications and investor relations.

Mykola PYLYPENKO
Production Director

Mykola joined the company in 2007. He is responsible for the organizing of crop farming technological process. In 1992 he graduated from the Poltava Agricultural Institute with a degree in Agronomy. Since 1993 Mykola has been working in agriculture and has over 30 years of experience in growing crops and organizing of the technological process.

Oleksandr GIRMAN
Chief agronomist

Oleksandr has been working in the company since 2013. Responsible for crop cultivation technologies. He has 20 years of experience in agricultural production. In 2003, he graduated from the National Agrarian University of Ukraine, Faculty of Agrochemistry and Soil Science, majoring in Ecology and Environmental Protection.

Bohdan KRYVITSKYI
Chief Innovation Officer

Bohdan has been working in the company since 2017. He is responsible for the search, testing and implementation of precision farming technologies in production and the development of an innovative culture in the company. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of innovations in agriculture. In 2012, Bohdan graduated from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine with a degree in Ecology and Environmental Protection.

Andrii HAVRYLENKO
Deputy CEO for Grain Storage and Processing

Andrii has been working in the company since 2014. He is responsible for the company’s grain storage operations and the implementation of the company's grain storage business strategy. He has over 20 years of project management experience in leading global companies. Andrii graduated from the National Transport University of Ukraine in 1999 with a degree in mechanical engineering and the National University of Food Technologies of Ukraine in 2006 with a degree in marketing.

Oleksii MISIURA
Deputy CEO for R&D

Oleksii has been with IMC since 2016. He established and organized the R&D department in the company, aligning its operations with fundamental scientific standards in agronomy. Between 2021 and 2023, he successfully implemented the Variable Rate Application (VRA) technology over more than 30,000 hectares of crops, making IMC the first crop production company in Ukraine to scale this technology. Since 2022, he has also been overseeing the company's sustainable development projects. Oleksii holds a master's degree in Agronomy and an MBA from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv.

Yevhenii KHARCHENKO
Deputy CEO for Logistics

Yevhenii has been working in the company since 2017. He is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and automation of all logistics processes. He has over 10 years of experience in logistics. In 2009, Yevhenii graduated from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in Marketing. In 2019, he graduated from the pre-MBA Program for Management Development at MIM-Kyiv Business School.

Yuliia ANDRUSHKINA
Marketing & Investor relations Director

Yuliia joined the company in 2012. She is responsible for marketing and investor relations. Yuliia has over 20 years of managerial experience in marketing of consumer and industrial products. In 2000 she graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI" with a degree in Marketing.

Iryna KOZENKO
Deputy CEO for Land Relations and Social Policy Development

Iryna has been working in the company since 2013. She is responsible for the implementation of the social policy in the company, the retention and development of the leased land bank. Iryna has 15 years of managerial experience in land leasing in the agricultural business. In 1990 she graduated from the Dneprodzerzhinsk Industrial Institute with a degree in engineering. In 1997 she graduated from the Dneprodzerzhinsk Technical University with a degree in public administration.

Evheniy KORNEEV
Deputy CEO for Internal Control and Risk Management

Evheniy joined the company in 2007. He is responsible for internal control, risk management and internal audit. He has 15 years’ experience in corporate finance. Evheniy graduated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University in 2008 and holds master’s degree in finance. He has been a member of ACCA since 2018.

Anastasiia SEN
Deputy CEO for Human Resources

Anastasiia has been with the company since 2015. Responsible for the implementation of the company's strategy in the field of human resources management, in particular, the search and recruitment process, motivation, attraction and retention programs, adaptation, development and training, and personnel/military register of the company's employees. In 2012, she graduated from Poltava National University named after V.G. Korolenko, majoring in History. In 2015, she obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (specialization "History of Philosophy") at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.

Yevhen STELNIK
Director of the Economic Security Department

Yevhen is responsible for the financial and economic security of the company. He has more than 10 years of experience in organizing and implementing security measures for enterprises in the agro-industrial sector and more than 20 years of professional experience in creating, developing and implementing security systems.
Yevhen holds a master's degree in Agronomy (2021, Sumy National Agrarian University) and a master's degree in International Economics (2010, Donetsk Institute of Economics and Humanities).
